How We Get Consent to Send Text Messages

Our AI receptionist never sends a text without permission.

When someone calls our business, the virtual assistant will ask if they’d like to receive a text message to book an appointment or get more information. The assistant clearly asks for verbal consent before any message is sent.

Here’s exactly what the AI says:

“Hi! This is the virtual assistant for [Business Name]. Would you like me to text you a link to book your appointment?
Standard message and data rates may apply. Just say ‘Yes’ if that’s okay, and I’ll send it over now.”

Only if the caller says “Yes” will a text be sent. If no consent is given, no messages are sent.
Each text message also includes an opt-out option (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).

We follow all applicable laws and industry guidelines for SMS messaging.
